Head of Chapter: Eva Hussain

Eva is a recognised leader in the fields of translations and European citizenship. She regularly presents and lectures at conferences, universities and training institutions on the topics of language services, cultural awareness and history. She is the founder of Polaron and plays an active role in the global development of the company. Some of her previous roles include management and operations of a telecommunication provider and administration of a local government’s aged and disability department. Over the years, Eva has made a tremendous voluntary contribution to the translation and interpreting industry and the Polish and Jewish community globally.


Head of Chapter: Peter Kasprzak

Peter is a co-founder and CEO of Innovate Australia. He is also a co-founder, director, and the immediate past president of Hydrogen Society of Australia. Peter has been a director of a range of companies, from geophysics to manufacturing electric vehicle charging stations. He is a passionate promoter of zero-emission transport and headed a bid group to create the Sustainable Electric Transport Cooperative Research Centre. He also worked in various roles with Mission Australia as well as the Department of the Premier and Cabinet with the WA State Government Graffiti Program and is a past president of the Inventors Association of Australia.


Agnes Vacca

Working as a Partner at KPMG Enterprise, a mid-market specialist advisory division, Agnes has over 25 years’ experience in providing advisory and compliance services to private enterprises. Agnes works with business owners their finance teams and managers to develop and implement goal focussed business strategies including finance process improvement, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, sensitivity analysis, business planning and finance proposals. Agnes also specialises in family business succession, transition and exit readiness advice. Working with owners to achieve their succession objectives Agnes provides advice to enable an orderly business transfer whilst maximising the value to the owners. Agnes also provides advice to business owners regarding asset protection, estate planning, taxation structuring and business strategies.


Anna Cytowska

Anna is an economist and a senior expert in the finance and banking sector. She is a highly experienced product and project manager who has spent over 13 years working at international financial institutions such as Millennium, Raiffeisen and UniCredit, particularly in investment funds, investment products, bancassurance and IT solutions for financial services. She has extensive experience in business analysis, business development, sales, products and strategy management, business processes improvement and optimisation. Anna is a co-founder and Managing Partner at a consulting company AUTCOME PARTNERS.
