In this webinar, Betina and Leonie will discuss cross-cultural communication and how to successfully build the trust for doing business between Poland and Australia.

Most international professionals feel confident when it comes to intercultural communication until they make a mistake. This is often a case of unknown unknowns. Communication across cultures is filled with possibilities for confusion and even offence and can have considerable repercussions when building your business in another country.

Leonie Tillman (Director of English for Business) and Betina Szkudlarek (Associate Professor at University of Sydney) share applied and practical insights on successfully building strong business relationships across borders so that enduring trust is established for successfully setting up a business abroad.
