Agata Wypych

Agata Wypych is the Human Resources and Operations Manager for the Asia Pacific at Excelian, Luxoft Financial Services, combining her strong academic background including a Master’s degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management at the University of Lodz with more than 10 years of professional work experience.
Agata oversees all human resources, corporate social responsibility, learning and development, global mobility and immigration activities for Australia – based employees and the wider Asia Pacific region over the past three years.
Prior to her move to Australia, Agata was employed by the Excelian parent company in London, the United Kingdom, in a similar capacity.
Agata is an expert in building personal branding. She is passionate about helping people achieve their professional goals and believes that personal branding is a skill that will allow you to create trusted relationships in your future workplace.
Shelley Duffy

Shelley Duffy is a registered migration agent and Director at Simply Visas in Sydney.
She has more than 10 years’ experience providing immigration assistance to corporates and individuals. Shelley has extensive experience with on-hire labour agreements including the company application process, compliance and ongoing submission requirements.
Shelley’s presentation will provide a brief history of Australian immigration during the last 20 years, information on the recently announced changes to the Subclass 457, Permanent Employer Sponsored Migration and Australian Citizenship. She will also provide some information on other popular pathways utilised by skilled overseas workers in Australia.
Navleen Bhatia

Navleen Bhatia is a Global Mobility Relationship Manager at PwC Sydney. She specialises in advising corporates on global mobility, immigration and tax compliance, establishing immigration programs and secondment structures to facilitate the global movement of staff.
Navleen has more than 18 years’ experience in global mobility, specialising in corporate immigration law spanning the United States, Asia and Australia and is a law graduate from the University of South Hampton.
Navleen’s presentation will bring more insights about the modern professional global mobility and skills required around the world. You will learn about different business expectations and new destinations for the professionals.
