On Thursday, the 8th of September 2016, Polish Australian Business Forum and The Polish Consulate of Sydney had the pleasure to host the ever-growing group of Polish business leaders in Australia.
Invited guests, including dignitaries from interstate as well as active professionals from around the country, gathered to hear insights presented at a diverse discussion panel, addressing the topic of ‘Business Prospects of Modern Poland’.
Led by the SBS Polish journalist – Magdalena Dejneka – the debate concerned investment opportunities in Poland. Panelists: Jenny Morawska (The Morawska Group) Krzysztof Lyson (Macquarie Group), and Stefania Lasek (Learn to Trade) each shared their perspectives on the topic. The multitude of their experiences and ideas gained much interest from the audience, who also had a chance to ask follow-up questions.
The event was also enriched by artistic elements. Anastazia Bobis, a young Polish – Australian painter, shared a part of her portraits exhibition.
With such a growing reputation and popularity, Polish Australian Business Forum is realising its mission to foster bilateral business relationships between Poland and Australia. The group is bound to build momentum in the near future, especially amongst companies and professionals with interests in both countries, and beyond.
