Stefania Lasek is a seasoned professional in Project, Commercial, and Contract Management, with over a decade of experience across critical and highly regulated sectors. She has built deep expertise in the civil and defence aviation industries, drawing on a career that spans both private and public sectors.

Stefania began her career with globally recognised firms including Singapore Airlines and Apple, where she developed strong commercial acumen. She later transitioned to the public sector as a senior infrastructure consultant, applying a systems-thinking approach that bridges policy, process, and practical project delivery. Her work often sits at the intersection of strategic business development and operational execution.

Driven by curiosity and a competitive edge, Stefania is constantly pursuing projects that align with her career and personal growth - including training in three different martial arts styles. A founding member of the Polish Australian Chamber of Commerce, she has played a key role in its highest-profile initiatives since 2015. She brings deep knowledge of the Sydney chapter and now contributes to the rapid expansion of the Melbourne chapter.
