Jenny Morawska is vibrantly passionate about the work that she does from her background in science to her further career in government, executive advisory and governance roles across financial services, banking, research, teaching and technology.

She has been an advisor to the United Nations and Swedish Foreign Ministry on establishing viable post-war economies and the link between civil society, the private sector, government and national and international institutions in the process of peace building and reconstruction.

Her advisory work is exemplary of this breadth as she currently sits on the boards of financial services, research, innovation centres and neuroscience companies. Former CEO and Founder, she is currently special advisor to management consultancy The Morawska Group to drive strong business performance for commercial and public sector organisations in Australia and internationally.

Jenny is Australian born with a strong connection to her Polish family in Poland. She credits her diverse heritage with her strong desire to promote diversity on a deep level while driving commercial competitiveness.
