European Aussie Drinks May

March 2024 marked the triumphant revival of European Aussie Drinks, with over 100 attendees joining the relaunch event!

After 4 years of absence, this event reaffirmed its significance in bringing together the European community and beyond in Australia; including the representatives and members from various European Chambers of Commerce.

We eagerly anticipate another successful event in May 2024 — Same day (first Thursday of the month), same time, and same place.

- Background — In 2017, Karine Pham and Xavier Heyman (former board member of the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry), driven by their shared passion for bringing people together, founded French Aussie Drinks. In 2019, inspired by the success of this initiative, Bodo Mann (former board member of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce) proposed a special French-German Aussie Drinks event. With the endorsement of the Consuls of France and Germany, European Aussie Drinks was born. We embarked on this exciting relaunch with Sophia Demetriades Toftdahl (former President and current Board Director of the Norwegian Australian Chamber of Commerce). Sophia's extensive experience in organising numerous successful Euromix events in collaboration with all the European Chambers of Commerce underscores her commitment to fostering connections and strengthening community ties around European Aussie Drinks.
