She is also interested in helping leaders develop paradoxical thinking.
ABOUT THE SESSION:

Tensions exist at every level, from individual lives to global systems. How do we deliver affordable healthcare without compromising on quality? Meet growing energy demands while cutting carbon emissions? Or balance career ambitions with personal wellbeing? We will begin with a short presentation, followed by an engaging workshop on practical strategies for reframing tensions into opportunities.
Anna’s research equips leaders and organisations with the mindset and tools to embrace competing priorities, effectively manage ambiguity and uncertainty, and strengthen organisational learning.
